In a class project centered on UX/UI design principles, my goal was to modernize and align the website's visual identity with the company's new look while addressing customer frustrations related to ordering and navigation issues for a high school sports apparel on-site provider. Through a redesign that prioritized intuitive navigation, streamlined ordering processes, and a responsive and user-friendly interface for desktop and mobile devices, the website achieved improved user satisfaction and simplified navigation. User testing revealed additional areas for improvement, if I continued the project, it would be to implement the feedback further.
